Women's Self-Defense Workshop Cairo
The Women's Self-Defense Workshop Cairo at ATOM Jiu-Jitsu is an occasional special event organized at our academy in New Cairo, Egypt. It introduces practical self-defense principles through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a structured and beginner-friendly environment.
Participants can discover practical Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu concepts designed to improve awareness, distance management, balance, positioning, leverage and escape strategies.
No previous martial arts or Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu experience is required. Each workshop is announced separately with its own date, format and registration information.
