Eligible long-term memberships include Freeze Tokens,
allowing you to temporarily pause your membership without
losing your remaining training time.
Each Freeze Token allows an approved membership freeze of up to 30 days. Freeze is not available for 1-week or 1-month memberships. Freeze requests are subject to ATOM's Membership, Freeze, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
