- General good hygiene, clean your Gi at all times
- Trim your nails
- Cover any cut
- No jewellery
- Ask permission to enter the mat if you come in late
- Take care of your training partners and show respect
- Respect higher belts and support lower belts
- If you’re feeling sick please stay at home
